Cave D'Occi "Umigame" 2024

Umigame 2024 is a white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grown in the coastal sand at Kakudahama, Niigata. Passion fruit, lychee, and green mango arrive with a distinct saline lift; the palate is stonier, showing flint, green apple, and honeydew.

Best served at 9–12 °C, off-dry with its medium weight set against high acidity, this wine puts generous tropical fruit beside a saline, mineral edge.
