A playful pét-nat rosé from Domaine Murayama, 121cm 2022 blends Kyoho and Chardonnay into a bright and expressive sparkling wine. Aromas of melon, earth, and red berries lead into a palate of strawberry, ripe melon, and a subtle nuttiness.
