A sparkling red made entirely from Steuben, Ciao Ciao 2022 opens with aromas of hibiscus, raspberry, apple, and blood orange. The palate is vibrant and layered—strawberry, pomegranate, and sour cherry.

Light-bodied with medium acidity and gentle tannins, this pét-nat is bright, unfiltered, and crisp. Best enjoyed at 6–8 °C.
