Fattoria Al Fiore "Verde" 2023

Verde 2023 is an unfiltered red made from Cabernet Sauvignon at Fattoria al Fiore in Kawasaki, Miyagi. The aroma is dark and floral with blackcurrant, lavender, tobacco, while the palate is quite unique with a palate of tomato, Darjeeling, and pink peppercorn.

Best served at 15–18 °C, light in frame at 11% alcohol, with moderate acidity and tannin, this wine is a deliberately unconventional Cabernet Sauvignon.
