Les Frères Takeda Chardonnay is a dry Chardonnay from Takeda Winery's southeast-facing vineyards in Kaminoyama, Yamagata. Yellow flowers, pear, and melon come first, followed on the palate by tarragon, lemon, and green apple.

Best served at 12–14 °C, light-bodied with acidity kept deliberately low, this wine is soft and rounded, and straightforward company over a long meal.
