Sai 2022 is a low-alcohol sparkling white made from Delaware, Chardonnay, Steuben, and Neo-Muscat — a blend that hums with energy and light. Aromas of lemon, mango skin, green apple, and a curious whisper of dried pineapple and tomato lead into a palate layered with lime, grapefruit, and lemon rind, finishing with the soft green lift of pandan.

Dry, bright, and feather-light, this is a sparkling wine that lingers with quiet mischief. Best enjoyed well-chilled, between 6–8 °C.
